Exterior and Options

Fiberglass exterior and front cap with full rubber roof.  The rubber roof truly
does make a difference when it rains.
The basement is accessible from both sides and the front,  these are heated with the
holding tanks below, a complete four seasons system.
Electric front jacks.  Additional hitch stabilizer included.  Patio and security lights on both sides.
The awning is in good shape and rarely used.
Fold away hand rail beside front door.

There is an exterior shower on this side if you were at the lake or ocean.

There is a pull down sunscreen attached for the bay window.

All original paperwork and books are with unit.
We are the original owners.
